Living Room Glam
In this design, the client wanted drama and luxe! When planning this concept, we used deep greens, blacks, and whites, then mixed in gold and mustard accents. We feel that velvet adds a touch of luxury and anything animal print or gold really ups that ante. The space looked incredible once completed.
A Grown Man's Living Room
For this space, our client expressed wanting more color in his space. He gravitated towards browns, greys, and whites. We used his existing leather sofa and created this design by adding accessories to bring in a touch of masculinity. No matter the size or scope of your planned project, get in touch to discuss what we can add to your space.
Outdoor Oasis
This project was for an outdoor roof deck. Here, our clients wanted an outdoor oasis. Somewhere they could relax and wind down from the stressors of the day. We added natural elements, cool calming colors and kept mostly straight lines to adhere to their more modern taste. Twinkle lights, a grill for outdoor entertaining, and a screen for movie watching rounded out some of the major pieces. When it all came together it was indeed an oasis.
Entryway
This project was designed for a sweet family that wanted a stylish entryway that still looked well put together. We selected a few pieces that could help reduce clutter while still appearing stylish and used an area rug runner that helped cut down on dirt being tracked into the home. This client was a plant lover, so we added a few plants to the space to bring the outdoors in helping it feel more inviting. Guests really felt welcome upon entering.
Design Development
Design Development is one of the most important elements in the whole process. Done correctly, it can be a pivotal point in your project. For this space our clients wanted their dining room to be an elegant space to entertain large parties with plenty of sophistication and style. We developed a moody but graceful space complete with custom local art pieces and crystal chandeliers.
Rustic Farmhouse
Exquisite Home Designs by Foy works hard to ensure every project meets the agreed-upon budget and deadline. In this dining room our clients wanted a rustic, functional space. We kept the color scheme on the light side and added natural pieces throughout. There was plenty of storage and seating for all. Our clients were over the moon upon completion of the project!
Girly Reading Nook
In this design, our client expressed the need for a relaxing space to curl up with a good book, a glass of wine, and listen to music. We selected feminine colors and soft fabrics to create an inviting space that beckoned the client in. Upon completion of the project this became one of our client’s favorite spaces in her home and we couldn’t be happier.
Modern Farmhouse Dining Room
Here our client wanted to maintain the aesthetic of their expansive ranch style home but wanted to update it in some areas. We designed a modern dining room that allowed for plenty of seating for entertaining and lots of storage. The overall design was everything they wanted and more!
